Can RNAClean XP be used to bind single stranded and double stranded RNA?

Yes, it will bind any nucleic acid 100 bases and larger, independent of whether it is single stranded, double stranded or RNA/ DNA hybrid. Binding effacacy for each of these sample types may differ slightly.
