The IMMUNOPREP reagent lysing action reduces cell stress and minimizes cell shrinkage while maintaining cellular integrity and morphology. Separation of leukocyte cell populations of interest from red blood cell ghosts and debris is maximized. Scatter characteristics are optimized for superior cell type resolution.
